  • ½ st. sunflower seeds,
  • 1 bunch of dill,
  • 1 bunch of parsley,
  • vegetable oil and salt – to taste.

  1. Shred the Chinese cabbage, cut the tomatoes in half.
  2. Let the sunflower seeds sit in boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain the water and add to the vegetables.
  3. Season the salad with vegetable oil, salt and sprinkle with chopped herbs.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of peas,
  • 300 g white cabbage,
  • 1 carrot,
  • 1 onion,
  • 1 small turnip,
  • 2 potatoes,
  • 1 tbsp.dry greens,
  • 30 g of butter,
  • a pinch of black ground pepper,
  • salt – to taste.

How to cook

  1. Soak the washed dried peas in cold water for 12 hours.Then pour out the water, and place the peas in a saucepan with finely chopped carrots, cabbage, potatoes and boil them.
  2. Add to them randomly chopped turnips and chopped onions.
  3. When all vegetables are done, remove them, blend with a blender and put them back into the saucepan.
  4. Add a spoonful of butter, salt and let them bubble a little.
  5. Pour the soup into plates, sprinkle with black pepper and dry herbs.

  1. Cut the chicken into portions and place it in a saucepan with chopped onions, cloves of garlic, parsley greens, bay leaf, and black peppercorns.
  2. Add butter and hot water.
  3. Close the lid tightly and boil it over low heat until the water evaporates.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g of beef,
  • 1 carrot,
  • 1 onion,
  • 200 g of green beans.
  • 1 parsley root,
  • 1 pinch of hot chili pepper,
  • salt – to taste.

  1. Make a vegetable broth of carrots, onions, green beans and parsley root.Do not add salt!
  2. Cut meat in plates, tenderize it and place into the boiling vegetable broth.
  3. Add some salt and chili pepper.
  4. The meat will be ready in 10-15 minutes.
  5. Serve with greens and vegetable salads.

FISH WITH VEGETABLES BAKED IN ISRAELI STYLE

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams of fish,
  • 4 tomatoes,
  • 2 cloves garlic,
  • black pepper and salt – to taste.

Ingredients:

  • 3 potatoes,
  • 2 carrots,
  • ½ cupbeans,
  • ½ cupgreen peas,
  • 150 grams of celery stalks.

For the sauce:

  • 150 g of hard cheese,
  • ½ cup low-fat sour cream or natural yoghurt,
  • 3 tbsp.vegetable broth,
  • 1 tbsp.

How to cook

  1. Boil potatoes, carrots, beans, and green peas.
  2. Cut the vegetables into cubes, pour over the sauce made of sour cream and grated cheese.
  3. Place on a baking tray, sprinkle with the remains of cheese and finely chopped celery stalks, sprinkle with oil and brown in the oven.

DO not be surprised when you meet sour cream or butter in your weight loss recipes. Fats, including those of the animal origin, are very important. Just make sure that you use them in moderation
